Amazon Imagery

The most successful products on Amazon have a combination of at least 7 good quality images, descriptive A+ content, and a well branded storefront.

Below, you'll find three different clients' Amazon content collections that I designed while working at Pelz Gear.

1. urine gone

Product

Urine Gone has a range of products used to remove pet stains and odors from various surfaces.

Brand Colors

Yellow, Red, Black/White, Blue and Green Accents

What was Provided

The product packaging and branding was already established.

Listing Images

While the original Urine Gone bottle is dark, I kept the images clean and bright, to reflect what their consumers want to achieve. For efficiency, I made images that applied to every product, with only small adjustments needed.

Each Urine Gone product varies, so to establish consistent branding across all listings, I repeated elements like red and black icons, chunky black and white text, and finding (or editing) imagery to match brand colors.

A+ Content

A+ content is the optional brand story or product highlight section that you see when you keep scrolling underneath a listing.

On the left, is the old A+ content, and on the right, is how I updated it to fit the new brand image and product range.

Storefront

Since Urine Gone had no existing storefront, I started from scratch, making a page for each product as well as one for bundles.

* It's important to note how limited designers are when creating storefronts, as the store dashboard has very few customization features.

2. Fresh Fresheners

Product

Fresh Fresheners has a variety of car air fresheners, guaranteed to turn heads.

Brand Colors

Red & white, with lots of accent colors.

What was Provided

The product packaging and brand was already established.

Listing images

Fresh Fresheners has a fun-loving, vibrant energy. In order to keep up with a very saturated market, I had to make their images stand out from the competition while maintaining a clear and consistent brand feel across all platforms. 

You'll see repetition of the craft paper texture in the stickers placed over listing images along with A+ and Storefront examples below.

A+ Content

On the left, is the old design, and on the right, is how I updated it to fit the new brand image.

I also sorted products and created categories to help consumers better find the designs that suit them.

Storefront

In the Fresh Fresheners storefront, I added a page for each category, bundles, etc.

3. Ohdome Furniture

Product

Ohdome is a small brand with a collection of modern & unique furniture.

Brand Colors

Blue and Yellow

What was Provided

Brand guide with logo, colors, fonts, etc. was already established.

Listing images

Ohdome prides themself on their collection of handmade modern furniture. Throughout the listing images, I highlighted their quality materials and unique brand using lots of bright photos and fun, organic shapes.

A+ Content

The biggest differences I made to the A+ content was how it flows and  matches the brand's energy.
